If I could give minus 5 stars I would!

I am beyond furious at the absolute pathetic service received from Debonairs Hatfield. I placed my order at 19:59 and it was accepted by the store, by 20:35 we started trying to phone the store to follow up, by 20:45 i finally got through and spoke to a lady that said the driver is taking our order and will be leaving now, by 21:15 still no sign of the driver so we srarted phoning again only to eventually get through at 21:25 and to be told they dont have drivers to deliver the food so 30 minutes after telling me the driver will be leaving now or soon they tell me they dont have drivers?????? Why accept the delivery order if you dont have drivers???? Then they want to phone me at 21:45 to say the driver will be leaving now. No ****ing thank you, that food is allready cold and disgusting and then you expect me to pay for it?? When i told the guy on the phone im not paying for the food because it has been 2 hours he put the phone down in my ear. There is no way in hell. My son fell asleep without food because people are pathetic and incompatant and just dont care about service delivery anymore. This is not the first time it is the 3rd time we have trouble with Debonairs, everytime you think okay they were busy lets try them again and every single time the service just gets worse and worse. We will not be ordering from Debonairs again!!
