Icing pizza

I just got served a cold pizza by Debonairs letshoho container I’m so disappointed the dot was literally black and they still have it to me and I paid 159 I tried cancelling the order they told me I placed an order early so there nothing this could do I even have the picture of the black dot .....when I read the quality promise I was suppose to get it free but no I payed for a cold cold pizza of which when I told them it’s cold they switched on that warming machine who did no justice to that pizza I actually want my refund I will keep the till slip
