Ice Food almost 2 hours later

I just received my food after almost 2 hours since order was placed, and 45 minutes ago I called the store to query and was told the driver is leaving, my house is 15 minutes away, 30 minutes later I called to query I was told driver left already and I asked if I would then be receiving cold food n was told that there is a warmer so it won't be cold however my food is cold and there is no covid safety seal to prevent box from being opened , no sticker to confirm its hot which is obvious cos the pizza is cold as if it's out from the fridge and this isn't the first time this happened! Don't ever order from Debonairs in Verulam , rude staff and ice food !!!!
