Ice cold pizza

<p>I had purchased a debonairs pizza (Filla), the cashier told me it would be a 5 minute wait. However that was not the case, I do however understand things don't go according to plan. Received my pizza after 25 minutes which is disappointing for a fast food restaurant - there is a reason we do take away so that its fast as well as so that I can enjoy the pizza or food in the comfort of my own home. After arriving home 10 minutes later I then opened the pizza which was ice ice ice cold with hardly any chicken filling.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very very disappointed and defintely not order from there as i didnt even receive an a apology when I was given my order. Had to reheat the food just in order to eat it.</p>
