I would never use them again

I am utterly disgusted in the service from debonairs belhar branch. At 19:50 on 7 August 2015 I called to order a pizza from them. At 21:40 the driver arrived with a cold and broken pizza and not my full order. He then explained to me that they did not pack the other pizza. He called the branch himself and asked them to make the pizza. This means that id have to wait another 30-45 minutes for my order. He left our place to go and deliver more pizzas before he fetches the rest of my order. I immediately called the branch and spoke to the manager christalene who was extremely arrogant and told me that they are going to make two new pizzas and send it. And that I must send the cold pizza back after I had confronted both manager and driver about debonairs quality promise on the box. My kids was looking forward to the pizza and I was left to explain to sad children why they could not have pizza this evening. I told the manager that she needs to tell the driver that I don't want anything from them and that the driver should fetch the pizza. 5 minutes later the driver came to pick it up and tried to explain why the pizza was cold. <br> <br> I am really disappointed in the bad level of service I
