i was shouted over the phone

i called debonairs and ordered a triple Decker pizza at 11:30 on the 25th of January 2016 and it arrived at 11:52 which was not bad at all for debaonairs , the problem was the delivery guy who came to deliver my pizza he called me and told me he was downstairs the braampark forum i had problems with connections and he tried calling me back only to shout at me about wasting his time and he had other deliveries i was taken aback by his tone and i asked him why he is shouting to cut the long story short when i got downstairs he was on his bike so irritated about the time i spent coming to fetch my pizza i told him i was in the elevator and it took time and he said i wasted his time and shouted at me in front of my colleagues ,people actually asked if i knew him personally , i asked him to take the pizza back and he wanted to until one of my friends actually took the pizza away from him and paid the guy , i was totally revolted with debonairs i will not be ordering from that branch again and i recommend that people buy from Carlton or bank city at least you get the respect you deserve as a client
