I was made to pay a cost I wasn't informed of!

I ordered from your website. I entered my address and was given a list of debonairs that service my area. I ordered a regina std size pizza and was told (by the website) that delivery would be free. I was charged a total of 54.90. When the delivery guy came he tells me that I must pay R20 extra for delivery! The charge wasn't on the receipt but he says your store isn't in my area so I must pay! 1. I wasn't told that your store isn't in my area! 2. Why is this not on the receipt? 3. You know that red/black dot showing heat? It was BLACK. The pizza was cold too. To say I'm LIVID is an understatement. This is unacceptable and ***s will fly before I order from you assholes EVER again! This is some ****ing ********!!!!! And best believe I'm being polite with all these expletives! Pieces of ****! If its not Sandton debonairs giving me an uncooked pizza with unmelted mozzarella its you doing this underhanded scheming ********! Your whole brand = disgusting! The delivery guys no is *** in case you want to confirm all this! <br> And don't call offering a free pizza or some **** like that. All I want from you is that 20 bucks you STOLE from me!
