I want my refund back

I’am so irate and disappointed with debonairs protea gardens,yesterday I had placed an order online at 16:16 only to get my order delivered at 19:46. It was on the triple for R200 that was debited the moment I placed the order,all 3 of boxes were were marked black because the pizza was cold and burnt. Your rules say we should get the pizza free is the mark on the box is black,so may I please get my refund back
