I want my package back

I'm so disappointed in Kanyamazane Debonairs. I was in the store sitting after I bought a pizza waiting for a cab driver to pick me up I mistakenly forgot a package I had with me. Later enquiring about it they told me that they can't see it on their camera footage because their camera was not facing the spot where I seating.Later on they told me that I have to go to a police station and report whatever mind you I already left Kanyamazane because I was visiting the place up until now they are quiet they don't bother telling me the way forward about my package I bought somewhere. Hello Peter please help me I don't know what to do to get my package back.
