I want my money back I don't want there pizza anymore and I'm going to spread the bad service I received from debonairs pizza st vaalmall. The manager I want my money back

I went to Debonairs pizza in vaalmall, I have never ever experienced such bad service ever. I send my child to go and buy something meaty driple pizza time was 18:47 and my child came with the slip of 1 LTG P something meaty right away I send here back to tell the cashier Dinah Motsoeneng that it's not driple something meaty there on the slip it was 18:48 and at 19: 15 my child come and said the cashier said they already made the pizza and it's done, I called my child phone and ask to speak Dinah and I ask here after 30min you tell me that the pizza it's done after my child came at 18:48 to add on top of what I have you give to here the incorrect order. And she said I must call the manager by the name of Maki I have never heard the manager spoke like that with the customer , I have explained to here the situation and she said will give me what I wanted it was 19:12 she called me with *** or must she refund me I told her she can added the money and give me what I wanted she said okay. Send around 19:22 she send my child with incorrect order saying to my child to tell me that the area Manger said she must not add the order because because it was already done. And 19:28 I called her again Maki manager she said who is going to eat that pizza I ask her the ghe same question who is going to eat what they don't want , please correct my order or refund me she said who is going to buy that pizza I asked it's has been an hour now you are asking me that when I communicated with you why did you told me that you are going to do the correct order and now you are asking me questions who is going to eat and buy that pizza. I then called *** number customer care spoke to Dimakatso who advised will call the g shop and try to help me they give me the correct order.indded she did call me back and she said the manager Maki she said she has been trying to get hold of the area manager she is not able to get hold of the area manager.it was 20:07 at that time Dimakatso said she will get back to me and log a complaint aswell. I left that pizza there at the shop and I want my money back I don't even want the pizza anymore with rude manager who does not help customer instead she is laying to them about the communication that she spoke to area manager to me and to headoffice she can't get hold of the area Manger. I have never experienced such a bad service ever at vaalmall debonairs pizza it was a disgrace. Order number : 337
