I want my money back

I have two order now that have not been delivered. On the 26.03.2020 made an order #***3 but i was too late and the store was already close manager called me amd confirming they will action refund sent me an email but is now not replying to my emails to confirm my refund. Dumb me I downloaded the app again because deliveries are back again I made another order but to a different stores #***5 but guess what the store wasn't opened for deliveries on the 1st, called them today and the manager was not in and message will be given to him to call me back and i didn't get a call. I don't know what to do now, I don't know how to get my money back. Please help
