I want my money back

I orded pizza at Debonairs Maponya Mall on the 2nd of October worth R179.90 The pizza didn't arrive for over 5 hours. When i called in, they babe me the run arounds until a point where they stopped answering my calls. I called the next day and I told them I wanted my refund and they said don't I want the pizza instead and I told them no so they told me they will handle the situation. On the 8th of October I received an email with a case number and that was the end of the communication they had with me. I am constantly calling and asking for a refund and I'm always hearing that they are still investigating. Now it's been over a month and I still have not gotten my refund. I called the manager and area manager and they said they will sort it out but nothing has happened. I want my money back!
