I want my Money Back

I Odered online and mistakenly put #Debonaires Dobsinville# instead of protea glen, they called telling me they will refund me as they don't deliver there, they told me they cant place an order to Protea glen they will refund my money, it was Saturday... 'i called on Sunday asking as they said they will do it late ,The manager told me that its because its the weekend but they sent the info to the person who deals with refunds, then Monday didn't call, Tuesday i called and they Transferred me to help Desk.....The call was dropped ,its been 2 weeks now going to a third week since wasting my time, money and energy.....Today i called no response .
