I want my money

Good day,

Yesterday I tried to make an order before 3pm, transaction went through my account but no order number. I have been trying to call the helpline it just disconnects halfway the conversation with the agent. Chatted online and told that the transaction will be reversed if no order number was generated.

Made another order around 5pm same thing happened and I spoke to someone on your helpline who told me that the monies will be reversed again.

Now I called the helpline again because both transactions have not been reversed and we got cut off again.

I need my money reversed immediately because I don’t understand what is happening and why am I not called back to this time when they have my numbers!

Been calling the helpline now but nothing. ***
