I want my money

Yesterday I ordered a pizza with Debonairs as I usually do. Very strange enough the experience i got yesterday , it happened that my order to be at montevista if how so i do not know because I selected malmesbury address. A delivery guy contacted me confirming that he is at the address that i did not select and I was shocked how could it have happened, mind you I used card payment and my money was already gone.

A lady name Ondela Mkhiva from the store number registered *** montevista Debonairs contacted me and telling me that they can’t redirect my order to a malmesbury store, my question was why it cannot happen and she further explained to me stating that the area manager is saying that it would be a loss for the business.

With the experience i have with debonair, they would call prior delivery to confirm the order and the delivery address, my question to her was why they didn’t confirm the delivery first
