I paid my Pizza but they didn't deliver

I placed my order at Debonairs Pizza Diepkloof Square it was Around 19:12 I paid online on their App I write this now it's 21:07 I haven't get my order when I call them they keep transferring me without getting any help.

I haven't seen such a Poor service like this in my life. If I didn't pay I would understand but I paid for my order yet they are playing Hide and seek. I just want my Money back and I will never ever Buy their Pizza anymore
