I ordered pizza from the branch in primrose at 19:30, it's now 21:57 and they closing, i still have no pizza

I ordered pizza from the branch in primrose at 19:30, it's now 21:57 and they closing, i still have no pizza. I PAID FOR FOOD I NEVER GOT...the lady who answers the calls has zero phone etiquette, drops the calls when I call to find out about my order. WOW this is extreme and very dissapointing!!!!
