I made an order online I received a call that there are no drivers for delivery, the guy that was helping me said he is a supervisor he will tell the manager to contact me today around 9am before they deliver because he said they will deliver this morning

I made an order online I received a call that there are no drivers for delivery, the guy that was helping me said he is a supervisor he will tell the manager to contact me today around 9am before they deliver because he said they will deliver this morning, I asked him 2 make it 10:30am because their break as at that time and should be delivered straight to school he said no problem he will tell the manager. I have been calling them from 9:30am, I even called the agent they are unavailable I even called the number the used last night to tell me about the drivers but is not being answered. This is the worst service ever. Why do they have landlines and cellphones if they cannot ablnswer them? I am super livid because now my kids will think that I **** to them.
