I had ordered from them then upon delivery the delivery guy says he has no change but I can trust him to come back and return my change this was on the 5 th Sep 21 , but he didn't return

I had ordered from them then upon delivery the delivery guy says he has no change but I can trust him to come back and return my change this was on the 5 th Sep 21 , but he didn't return. I then wrote in on their complaints board on the 6/7th Sep 21 and they advised to respond to my query within 24 to 48 hours it's the 14th Sep 21 today and I haven't heard anything from them .
