I got charged for delivery!!!!!!

The driver charged me a delivery fee, he struck out the original price on the receipt and wrote in an amount on the receipt, he refused to give me the order until I pay the money.<br> <br> I told him but the online orders are free delivery as stated on the television adverts. He says no thats not true.<br> <br> All areas 5kms outside of the shop, there is a delivery charge.<br> <br> I told him that we are situated 3.3km from the shop as per google maps.<br> <br> I eventually gave him the money as he was making a scene and my boss was in the next office.<br> <br> I will be taking this matter up further for false advertising.<br> <br> I wasnt even ordering for myself. It was the cleaners birthday and she asked if I could order for her and she will pay me back. and of course I didn't ask her to pay me back.<br> <br> <br> Why advertise free delivery if the order is placed online if its not true.<br> <br> I then called in and informed the store, they said the driver will come back and refund me the delivery amount. It has been an hour and he hasn't returned. I called the store within minutes of him leaving our company.<br> <br> I work for a big company and we always order from this store, because they deliver. Not any more!!!
