I failed to collect my order.

Yesterday,date 28/10/2023 I bought a pizza for my child but because of preparation time I left so I can do another purchase on other shop I left the mall but because of heavy very bad weather yesterday I couldn't go back, the weather was very bad. Then I went back today to tell them about my yesterday order and I was told that my pizza was dumped as with ******* because it was a waiste and no funding,So I with to know that is it a policy that your customers if the fail to collect their order ,no refunds and your don't re do a pizza for that particular customer???
