I did not get what i paid for.

Good day, I visited your branch at Polokwane Library gardens (which I traditionally do), and I'm disappointed that I did not get what I ordered for. I am cheese fanatic, hence I always order extra cheese. With my previous orders I got exactly that, a cheesy effect by ordering double extra cheese. I need to mention this it me is a luxury however last night when I ordered my FILLA-CHICKEN with double extra cheese of which I paid R30.00 extra, it was such a let-down when I got home and only tasted the mayo sauce and no hint of the cheesy effect. I am not sure was there an error on my order that the cheese was not added as I paid for or has the amount of cheese become less that you put on. I am writing this complaint because when I feel like indulging in extra cheese, and pay for it, I EXPECT it. I hope my compliant will receive youR attention, it might seem cheesy however it is a serious matter to myself since the disappointment I felt whilst eating the pizza, you won't understand...ORDER 199, INV: ***, TIME: 18:05, DATE: 3RD June 2015
