I CANNOT BELIEVE DEBONAIRS PIZZA QUALITY

I orded a large pizza and it was delivered after an hour of me ording which is not my biggest concern. I WAS SHOCKED to find the pizza was not fresh. It was old and tasted really bad. I sent complaint on the app demanding a refund but was ignored! I want my money back
