I called Debonairs Pizza at 18h22 with a order for delivery

I called Debonairs Pizza at 18h22 with a order for delivery. 19h55 and my order has not arrived. It gets delivered on a hot plate to ensure its hot apon arrival, yet my order was placed well over and hour and almost a half. This is poor service. I believe I am owed pizza for my family who sat up and waited for a late food order. I called in and stated my dissatisfaction. The person who answered just said We are busy....and that they are waiting on a driver to deliver. This is not on. If I knew delivery would take well over an hour and half, I would have gone to KFC instead.
