I called and ordered pizzas on sunday

I called and ordered pizzas on sunday. It usually takes 30 to 45min for delivery. I phone them back 3 times to find out about my order they kept telling me next 10min. Eventually my order arrived cold and not impressive looking. It took over an hour for it to be delivered and it was dry as ever. I always order from them this is the first time this happened and I was disappointed
