I bought a pizza that was just dough

On the 1st of March I bought a large triple decker pizza. Waited about 20 minutes after getting attitude from the staff I left with my pizza. At home when sitting down for dinner I discovered that the pizza had practically no topping on either of the layers. It was like eating a slightly wet dough with some cheese on top. The bottom layer didn't even have sauce in between. This was the first time I had bought a pizza there and probably my last. To serve a triple decker pizza with less topping than a normal pizza is so pointless as we pay more because we expect to get more. I wasn't going to post this complaint however I do realise that if one does not complain then the owners of companies will never know why they lose customers and eventually have to close their doors. Competition is so tough therefore service should be your main concern. The chances of me stepping into your outlet again or any other Debonairs are slim to none as if there is one thing that puts me off from spending my hard earned money at any place, it's bad service or poor quality products. I hope for your sake that this is not happening by any of the other branches. Regards Kieyaam Bantom
