i bought a pizza but didn't get what i paid for

i ordered a triple deck pizza chicken at debonairs palm springs mall this was not the first time i ordered pizza and they always deliver at my house. Anyway was told that my order will be ready in 45 min to an hour, one and a half hour later still nothing then i get a call from the shop telling me that i need to meet the driver somewhere and when he came the pizza was cold and i had to paid for it. and when i got home whatever i eat was not what i ordered i ordered triple deck chicken but what i received was sweet and chili the pizza had no meat and it was tasteless i really disgusted with the service that i received last night. Maybe the bosses of that franchise should try they food one in a while and see that we as customers we are being fed ****, **** that we pay for. we as customers are making them and e can still brake them. triple deck that doesn't have meat really debonairs. I am gat vol waste of money. no i know to try a different fast food next time.
