I am very disturbed with the service

I would like to log a complaint against the Debonairs in Katlehong crossing.

I went on the app to order pizza and I inputted my address and the debonairs in Katlehong was an option and I live in skycity. I choose the katlehong option as i prefer it and as a customer it's my right to choose which ever Debonairs that shows under my options.

The driver came and when receiving the order he asked my why I didn't order at the skycity debonairs and I told him that I don't prefer that one. The he continued to say that going forward I mustn't order at the Katlehong Debonairs because it's too far and I then asked him, then why does it show as an outlet I can order from when I input my address. He then proceed to tell me that the shop was supposed to cancel my order and refund me my money.

He was really rude and I really did not like how he spoke to me. If delivery feom Katlehong crossing to skysity is far then why does Debonairs have it as an option on the app.

Please fix this on your app or let your drivers know that we as customers have a right to choose where we want to order our pizza under ther shops that are given to us as options when you input your address.

I am really not happy.
