I am not happy at all, I will never set my foot at Debonairs a d I think you should do the same.

Debonairs garankuwa is the worst ever. I ordered pizza at 1:34 and waited until 4 :30, the delivery guy arrived at 4:30 and never apologized when I told him that I canceled the order. My erderly mother who is 77 visited and was tooooooo busy to cook hence I placed the order. She also had to wait for long. I had to make other plans. I called the call center for soooooo many times and wasted my airtime and I got no help until I decided to cancel the order. The call center agents promised to call me back but never did. What they did was very much unfair. I felt that the order took long because I AM BLACK and the store is so based in a black area hence the orders r taking long and nobody cares to apologize. Had it been a white person, they wouldn't have waited this long for pizza. I am soooooo disappointed and I don't think I will ever buy from Debonairs ever again. This not not the first time I am disappointed. The one at Wonderpark served me twice a pizza that is half cooked and the dough was raw. I tried to give it a chance.
