I Am Never Using the Debonairs App Ever Again

I ordered a pizza via the app at around 8pm, and recieved my confirmation of order sms. By 9:35PM my pizza still had not arrived, and I called the store, only to find out that it had closed around 9PM, and there was no way of knowing if the pizza itself was on its way. I had almost given up on the pizza and made myself some food, when the delivery guy phoned me at around quarter to 10 (a full hour and 45 minutes after I had ordered) to tell me to collect my pizza. In my haste to get my food, I had not checked the actual pizza. When I got inside and opened the box, I discovered that it was not the pizza I ordered and had to phone the driver again to ask him to bring my pizza. When I recieved the pizza I ordered 5 minutes later, it was badly cut and cold, and the driver refused to observe the 'if its not red, its free' rule, and return my money. I am very disappointed in the service at debonairs in Belhar, and it is not the first time I wait so long for them to deliver. Once before this, a friend and I waited 2 hours for our food.
