I am going to start a Boycott Debonairs Page - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

<p>I ordered pizzas for dinner online on the 31st of December 2016 and also made an online payment. The order was accepted to be delivered but nothing arrived and no one was answering the phone at Debonairs Yoeville.</p> <p>I called the store on the 1st of January and they promised me a refund within 48 hours that I have not received till now.</p> <p>I logged a complaint with customer care yesterday and I just received an SMS to say the case has been resolved and closed. No one from customer care even bothered to give me a call. I still don't have my money bac****!</p> <p>This is utterly disappointing and pathetic. I have posted a complaint on Hello Peter too and I have read complaints from other people and is pathetic how Debonairs doesn't care about it's customers.</p> <p>Why are you promising us a service that you cannot deliver on Debonairs!!!?????? Why don't you care about your customers!!!!! #DebonairsMustFall</p>
