I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service from Debonairs

, I ordered pizza from @debonairs in Waterloo, Durban. When it got a bit late, I called to ask if they had my order and the lady confirmed they did. I waited and the pizza never came, I didn't get even a note or text saying they couldn't make it anymore and I called in 2 hours prior to closing, I went on X to find out the outcome and I called again today, and a manager was supposed to call back, but still no contact from the restaurant.
