Hungry and Angry Customer

<p>Hi my name is Thandeka Mbatha, at 5pm I placed an order with Debonairs Jabulani Mall to be delivered at my home in dobsonville. Right now it's after 8pm and three hours later I still haven't received the pizza, I didn't cook and my little sisters are hungry. I called time and time again being given this excuse and that excuse, funny enough at 5:54pm the driver called me to tell me his here in Dobsonville and needed me to direct him and so I did but still nobody arrived. So I decided to Call again at 8pm to find out what was happening and I asked for the manager because whoever was answering the phone kept telling me they'll call again. And the manager Maria, she told me that the driver was attacked by 2boys and they stole the pizza and that in actual fact they don't deliver in Dobsonville and that whoever accepted it was wrong, okay I acknowledged that but I asked her why didn't she inform me earlier on and she just couldn't give me a reason so then I asked her what must happen now because my little sisters are hungry and they've been waiting for the pizza that I was going to pay for (because she made it seem like I was begging for it) she said she doesn't know and that it's not her problem. What kind of a manager handles a situation so badly??? I spit in the face of Debonairs Jabulani Mall because it's after 8 and we are still hungry just ****ed off because of the lack of management and s**** solving s****s she has, I think Maria needs to be reevaluated as your manager. Indaba they think black people can't complain nxa, lack of customer service IMAGINE then she said there was traffic. Even if there was traffic it wouldn't take three hours.</p>
