How much longer must I wait for an answer???

How long is this going to take to resolve??

Your agents should do what they are paid for and investigate matters BEFORE calling a customer to waste their time and ask irrelevant questions... I received a call last week from one of your agents asking me if my issue has been resolved, I cannot even begin to understand why I would be sending you an email on a query if it has been resolved?

Heard absolutely nothing since last week so I am assuming you closed my case with 0 action...

Your website stated Newton Park branch delivers to Malabar, so I placed an order

Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the branch stating they do not deliver to Malabar which is strange because how does your platform allow an order to be placed and paid for including the delivery charge if they do not deliver to my area?

When I asked the person, they said they do not know how to fix this, kind of expect more from an establishment whos main line of work is pizza delivery via a website or mobile app so I guess they do not feel it is necessary to fix something and to rather do this whole credit transaction then the customer must follow up when it is a Debonairs platform that is the issue, not very cool

I was told I would receive a refund on my card, did not find anything on my statement so kindly follow up and let me know or send me proof or confirmation of when this credit was passed so I can recheck my statements
