how do you get your orders wrong

I called debonairs randburg at 11:37 to place a order for a real deal pizza the Russian one and doughnuts. when the order came a hour later I got a chicken real deal pizza and chicken wings. I decided to take the order as I was not willing to wait another hour. the pizza not what I wanted was ok. the chicken wings IS DISGUSTING!!!!! they are still raw. when I called back I spoke to a manager who said she will escalate my query to the store for them to call me. when the store called they did not know what my query was so I had to explain myself again. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO GET A ORDER CORRECT!!!!!!
