Hour 45mins waiting!!!

Okay so here we go as I am really Upset and am probably gonna loose my cool, <br> <br> On saturday we Ordered On the double Feast since Hubby was Hungry and my darling 5 year old and been at Touch rugby all day too lazy too cook, <br> <br> Placed order at 7:11pm then second sms at 7:25 Pm and so I Don't wanna hear we could not have been contacted <br> As at 09:30PM still waiting for Order and No communication all I'm gonna say does my service not account do you not need my order am I not a valued customer at i stay 5km less away from you, <br> <br> Or could you not pick up a phone and call and say sorry we are running behind I am Horrified that I had to go to Mac Donalds Urgh <br> <br> I really feel I was totally pushed aside and sorta given a you don't count, <br> <br> I don't know if I should just tell all my neighbours and friend in the neighbourhood and just stop ordering from you guys, <br> <br> I was called but the lady was really not helpful as i promise you pizza that is suppose o take 45mins takes and hour and 45 mins is probably been standing in the salamander for an hour and will taste disgusting, <br> <br> also The fact I had to hear about how she is having problems with the delivery and time etc GUESS WHAT THAT IS NOT MY prob
