Hot tasty fast (NOT!)

For the past two orders I have been receiving my food late... But just in time for me not to complain! But this time it was unacceptable. I ordered my pizza at around 7 50 pm for it to be delivered around 9 15 the driver waiting for a pizza to come out that was ordered at 8 40 pm (another persons order). I live 5 min away from the restaurant and it took over 1 hour and 20 min to be delivered. The reason why the complaint has taken so long is because I have been emailing DEBONAIRS since the 02 of august with the promise of the owner contacting me. Guess what IM STILL WAITING! I have been phoned by a driver to say sorry and his response was why did you not sort it out with the driver at the time? and when I explained to him the box was red and by the time I let him out (1 min later) the box indicator was black. He said a OWNER would contact me Im still waiting. After many many emails I have gone no where. Asking to speak to managers of the complaints department my emails get seen with no reply thanks Charmaine. But most importantly the quality of the PIZZA TERRIBLE! Honestly the worst I have had from them! AND that is why Im also so upset! I get no replies no help NOTHING FROM THEM!!
