Hot or Not sticker is a *****!

<p>Hi everyone, last night I ordered a pizza online. I live in Ruyterwacht and ordered from Goodwood which isn't very far.. I waited 2 hours for my pizza because the driver got lost in Thornton which may I add, has got nothing to do with me. On presentation, the Hot or Not sticker was obviously black and according to your T's&C's it should've been free, but the driver refused to give the pizza to me for free saying that "even though the sticker's black, it's still hot" he made me feel the bottom of the box and everything... I was too hungry to still argue and I paid him, waited for my change and he stood there taking nothing out, at this time i was already so annoyed that I just left him with the change... When I got inside and took my first bite the pizza was luke-warm and dry... Definitely not the fresh service I was promised.. If I dont get a response from the store, then they've just lost a loyal customer. And they need to sort their drivers out for delivering late, refusing the free offer and still expecting a tip afterwards.. Get your things together Debonairs or until then I'm going to Pannarotti's...</p>
