Horrific, terrible ,disgusting service

Debonairs pizza in Elspark they lack customer service they have no respect at all. I ordered a pizza it took 2 hours to arrive ,mind you the restaurant is 2km away...as if that wasn't enough the delivery guy never bothered to double check my order almost gave it to someone else. I let it slide then yesterday again I order meaty cram with no onions substituted with mushrooms...the order took 1h30 to arrive only to find it's the wrong pizza not what I ordered and it was very cold,as a person I understood they might have made an error but the turn around was when my sister has an allergic reaction due to onions!!!!!!! I call the delivery guy as i couldn't get through to the restuarant only to be told that the manager is very rude I won't get my correct order or refund?? Whose money is it and whose fault was it??? their service is very poor and I won't advise anyone to order there
