Horrific service rendered.

I had never in my life experienced such a horrific and pathetic service ?. It’s been over an hour and we haven’t received our food. And when you call the call centre no one wanna be accountable for the active and worse of all my call was transferred without warning. And that was a dead end. I call again and guess what? I was told that there is nothing he can do. I just wanna know what is the call centre for? It is now going on 1 and half hour. And we still waiting. Now I am seating here call ya’ll back and fourth with no help or some sort of form of communication. This is terrible and not how I imagined my Friday evening. ?I wanna cancel the order. Debonairs people are just passing the bug. While people at the store a working their ass off call centre is just is transferred queries as if they are switchboard. They need to learn how to deal with queries I think they have dealt with the same queries over and over again. What a let down.
