Horrific Service Levels and failure to deliver

At about 17:18, placed an order (order# 260),18:02 called in to find out where the driver was only to speak to a very arrogant and ****y Tebogo stating that the driver should have been here already & if not then its out of his control he is not a miracle worker, that alone was horrific service delivery however we let it slide (big mistake) second follow up call at 18:34 to our dismay had to speak to the same person who was once again rude and told us they are busy what are we expecting them to do (like should we stop what we doing and focus on you?) really? finally @ 19:14 the driver arrived with cold pizzas and when we inquired about why he took close to 2 hours Julio's response was he had lots of deliveries I should be grateful that he came. then when he pulled out the orders the heat sticker had turned black, i mentioned to him that the order should be free based on what's advertised he then proclaimed that he doesn't work for mahala(free) & was also very rude about it and said if we don't want the order he is taking it back. We called the shop and Kelebogile in a nutshell told us \so what"they will send a warm pizza if that's what we want in 45mins. is this customer service??"""
