Horrific service
I places a order over 4hours ago I have not received any feedback on my order I have not received any calls I had to call twice and still did not receive any update whether order will be delivered or not my bank account has been debited and I'm still waiting for a debonairs that is 3km away from me, what kind of service is this

27 Apr 2023, 19:24Wow I have called 4 times and spoke to 4 different people and all have them can't assist me and I am still waiting for someone to call me back this is terrible service really terrible I can not believe this 4 hours for a order with no follow up when the customer calls there is no assistance what so ever

I placed an order on the 27th at 15H20 the afternoon, today is the 28th and still I have not received any order.
My bank account was debited, I have called numerous times and there were numerous escalations I have not even received a call back till this morning when I had to make use of my airtime again to call.
Tell me what kind of service this is. I just can't comprehend this level of service.
Please assist me as soon as possible.
Or just give back my money.
