Horrific

If I could give zero stars it would be too much ?

I placed an order last week Friday from Debonairs Zevenwacht for the "Awesome Foursome" pizza with the malva pudding, since I had some friends over and didn't feel like cooking.

After waiting for almost 2 hours. The delivery guy finally arrives and the box is damaged quite severely. Upon opening the box, I could not believe what my eyes saw. Everything inside was squashed and just not edible at all. I then proceeded to tell the driver that I did not want it and all he could say was "I'm sorry sir" - Even the malva pudding was squashed and damaged.

I then started a chat via the app whereby a robot was responding to my concerns ? - I then indicated that I have a complaint and that I would like a refund. I then received a notification letting me know that I would recieve a call the following day. Which I did not.

So I am writing this review with the utmost disgust. I don't even serve my dogs the trash that was delivered to me. If I could attach pictures to this review I would, but wow... I am literally at a loss for words.

The saddest part of it all is that I order so frequently from debonairs and there have been prior instances, but nothing to this extreme.

I would like my money refunded please.
