horrid service
<p>I am always buying from debonaires pizza. I either go to debonaires itself or I call the Westwood mall branch and order. On Saturday 23rd July I called and ordered an 'on the double '. I called at 19:05. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. . .I was called back at 19:55 and told it was on its way and would be at my door in 10 minutes. . .my pizza arrived at 20:50. It was cold. And hard. I'm not the type of person to not pay for something just because I am dissatisfied, however, I am completely digusted at this service. Especially because I am a loyal customer and I have realised the service level at the Westwood branch has become absolutely pathetic over the past few months. </p>
