Horrid attitude from both delivery driver and manager

What rude bunch of people! so my colleague orders a medium pizza for delivery, which took over an hour to be delivered, but that's a different complaint. The biggest problem is that they delivered a small under-topped pizza, and when my colleague calls the manager to complain, the manager has the audacity to ask her why she is ordering there when she (my colleague) works at a competing pizza place, really!?!?!? So then that excuse-of-a-manager says he will make another one for her and it will take 90 minutes to arrive, and guess what? when it eventually arrives, its the same as the first one, and when we question the driver why they are sending again a wrong size pizza, the driver told us to discuss that with the owner of the shop and then stormed out with the greatest stinking attitude I have ever seen in all of 10 years in this industry, how these guys are still in business is beyond me!
