Horrible unprofessional service from Seshego debonairs

I ordered a pizza on the app its over 2 hours now waiting, I called in Seshego branch and am told that the driver left for deliveries, last month on the 15th I ordered a pizza, I called in so many times without getting a clear answer and assistance, the pizza was delivered 3 hours later cold, and I got it for free. The most horrible service ever, I don't know why I keep on ordering it knowing very well that they are unprofessional. Even the way the manager handles the issue sounds not trained at all. It's not the first time I complained about it and but nothing happened
