Horrible ,unprofessional and unfair services

Most recent case was today , 26/05/2020 or no #***4 . I place my order at Debonairs pizza from Dobsonville mall @ 14:52 after 2 hours they call n confirm home address,The person who called was so unprofessional and was shouting at someone at the back ground then he dropped the call on my ear. I waited and waited 17:32 only then I receive my order... This is the third time I have received such treatment. What is the way forward. The pizza came cold as ices and I had already paid for my order
