Horrible, unacceptable service by delivery man

I have ordered a pizza at 08h10, pizza delivered 09h10 after a follow up phonecall was made. The dot on the box was black, delivery man sarcastically said it became black within few seconds, when he took the box out of the bike. I then asked him what debonairs promises customers, given how long it took ro be delivered. With a very bad attitude, the delivery guy took back the box into his bike and said rather go back with it. Now I wish to know from DeBonairs management if the promises made regarding customer service are true. I am hungry now, but refused to eat food that was delivered with a bit of disrepect, sarcasm and attitude in it. I am upset DeBonairs
