Horrible treatment at Debonairs

I ordered pizza on line at Noordgesis on saturday evening and it was never delivered. I called them on sunday morning for my refund and the lady i spoke to took my number and promised me to call me back but she never did, i called them again during the day and spoke to another lady who checked and told me the last time i made an order was in may(lies) but she told me she will send a driver to bring my money, so my question to her was if i last ordered in may why would you refund me then, she did not reply. The driver came but he only brought R180 instead of R210. I had paid for my Pizza, delivery fee and a TIP
