Horrible staff

If it was possible I was not even going to give them any starts not even 1 they deserve nothing for the rude staff.

on the 29th of June 2024, I ordered pizza at Deponairs Pizza (Sesifikile Square) Daveyton, around 6:26 pm to my surprise there was no delivery by 8 pm, I tried calling the shop several times to find out what happened to the order because I did not receive any communication regarding the delay.

The lady who answered the phone was rude and kept on hanging up the phone each time I tried to explain my situation, the last call I blew up because she was shouting at me and then she hung up and I called back again for the 5th time and now there was no one answering the phone.

I only received a call at about 9:10 from the delivery guy advising of his arrival time and explaining that they had a flood of orders. by the time of the delivery, I was already out of my house.

this is not the 1st time I experienced such hostility in the shop, if it's not the dry pizza they are serving us it's their sticking attitude.
